Filters for Attachments Extraction

PDF Data Extractor software provides 2 filters for attachment extraction from PDF file namely ‘File Type’ and ‘File Size’. In ‘File Type’ you can either choose to include or exclude file formats. In ‘File Size’ you can provide ‘Up to’ or ‘More than’ values that are self explanatory.

Page Settings Options

You can extract images and text from selected pages. The selection of pages can be made on the basis of Page number, Page Ranges, All Pages, Even Pages or Odd pages. You can click ‘more..’ to know how to provide page numbers/ ranges for data extraction.

Text Extraction Settings

While extracting text you can choose to ‘Maintain Formatting’ as it is in the PDF file. Also, you can number pages of extracted text files. The positions of numbers can be set either at the top or bottom of the document.

Saving Folder Options

By default, the software will save all the extracted items in individual folders. However, you can select ‘Create Single Folder Only’ to get all your extracted items in a single folder. Remember while saving extracted images in PDF format, you get to choose to create single PDF or Individual PDF files.

Extract Data From Encrypted PDF

When it comes to protected PDFs the tool provides facility to unlock them using user password (must be provided by the users) . In the case of Restricted PDF documents, the tool does not ask for permission password.
