NSF to PST Converter Software

Step 2: Two Options to Add NSF File

The software provides multiple options to import NSF files into software panel.

1: Drag and Drop

2: Select Files

Step 3: Drag & Drop Option

This option allows you to import one or more files by simply drag and drop into anywhere into the software.

Step 4: Select Files

By using this option you can import NSF files and folder of NSF files. This option provides two more options 1: Select File(s), 2: Select Folder

Step 5: Select File(s)

Select file/files from the computer which you want to convert into PST format.

Step 6: Select Folder

Select Folder: Select folder option allow you to add the whole folder of NSF files into the software.

Step 7: NSF files are successfully added

Now you can see that all NSF files are successfully added into the software. Click on OK button.

Step 8: Click on Convert button

Click on Convert button to start the conversion of NSF files into PST format.

Step 9: Multiple options for output file

Software provides multiple options for output file – Destination Path, Create single (.pst) file, Include All Document Folder, Split PST (in MB, GB).

Step 10: Create Single (.pst) File

This option will create a single PST file for all NSF files. Check this Create single (.pst) File to save all NSF files in single PST, then Browse the location to store Output (PST) file. Then click on Save button.

Split PST: This option divide Output file into multiple parts. You can split large PST file in MB and GB. Then Click on OK button.

Step 11: Include all document folder

Check This option to include all document folder in PST format. If you do not check Create a Single (.pst) option then the software will create separate PST file to each NSF file. Then click on Browse button to select destination location. Then click on OK button to start the export process.

Step 12: Software starts conversion process

Now, Software starts conversion process of NSF files. You are also able to Pause & Stop the export process.

Step 13: Software successfully exported NSF files

Now, software successfully exported NSF files into PST files.

Step 14: Click on Save Report

Click on Save Report button to save the export report of IBM Lotus Notes to PST conversion.

Step 15: Click on Save button

Click on Save button to save Export Report.

Step 16: Report Successfully saved

Report Successfully saved. Click on OK button.

Step 17: Find all converted file & export report

Now you can find all converted file & export report from the destination location.
