Outlook PST Repair Tool to Retrieve Emails

Step 2 –: Software provides two options for PST file selection

1. Select file
2. Search file

Step 3 –: Select File – With this option, you have to Browse corrupted PST file to repair.
Click on the Browse button (..) & select PST file.

Step 4 –: Search File – This option will search PST file from computer hard drive. It provides two searching options

1. Search Selected drive
2. Search All Drive

Step 5 –: Now select the file.

Step 6 –: PST Repair Tool provides email decrypt option, to perform this task you need to check to Remove Encryption option.

Step 7 –: Software is capable to remove OpenPGP & SMINE email encryption from Outlook emails.

Step 8 –: Select OpenPGP to remove OpenPGP email encryption from Outlook email
Now, input key file path and password and click on the Done button. After that software will remove email encryption.

Step 9 –: Select SMINE to remove SMINE encryption from Outlook email

Step 10 –: Now, Enter the Key File Path & Password, then click on Done.

Step 11 –: To fix PST corruption & recover deleted items from PST file, the tool provides tow scanning options:

1. Quick Scan
2. Advanced Scan

Step 12 –: Quick Scan option – With this option, you can repair minor corruption of Outlook PST file.

Step 13 –: Advanced Scan – Use this option to repair highly corrupted Outlook PST file.
Then click on the Add button.

Step 14 –: Now, the scanning process starts.

Step 15 –: Tool also provides Save Scan for future reference, click on yes to save the scan.

Step 16 –: Now, Software recovered deleted PST items & repaired corrupted Outlook PST file data.

Step 25 –: After repairing of entire PST data you need to save data. For this, Software provides multiple formats to save PST repaired data. You can save recovered data in PST, PDF, MSG, EML, HTML, Office 365.
To save data in PST format, select PST file.

Step 26 –: Now click on Adv.. Settings to customize the output PST file.

Step 27 –: Tool provides

1. PST Split option – to divide Output file multiple parts.
2. Date filter option – to save specific data.
3. Categories – Select items to save in PST.

Step 28 –: Now select destination location to save the Output file.

Step 29 –: It also provides some other options - Maintain folder hierarchy, Use Outlook, Ignore System folders, you can check, uncheck options according to the requirements. Click on Export.

Step 30 –: Export process starts.

Step 31 –: Process to save Outlook PST recovered data, completed. Click on OK.

Step 32 –: You can save Export Report, click on the Save button.

Step 33 –: Now, enter the file name & click on Save.

Step 34 –: Visit on destination location to view saved data.

Step 35 –: Select PDF option to save PST recovered data in PDF file.

Step 36 –: Click Adv.. Settings button to customized output files.

1. General
2. Page Layout
3. Bates Number

Step 38 –: In General Settings, tool provides 4 options: Naming Convention, Categories, Date Filter option, Include Internet Message Header for Output data.

Step 39 –: In Page Layout, the software provides two options 1 – Margin, 2 – Paper Layout for PDF document.

Step 40 –: In this Bate Number you can add bate number in PDF file. The tool provides two options: 1 – Bates Number Format, 2 – Date Stamp

Step 41 –: Now, select destination location to save Output files.

Step 42 –: Process Starts.

Step 43 –: File saving process completed.

Step 44 –: Also allow you to Save Report. Click on Save button.

Step 45 –: To save you have to enter the file name & click on Save button.

Step 46 –: Now visit on destination location to view recovered PST file data

Step 47 –: To save PST data in MSG file Select MSG option.

Step 48 –: For the Advance Setting, click on Adv settings

Step 49 –: The PST repair Wizard provides Advanced settings

1. Naming Convention
2. Date Filter option
3. Categories

Step 50 –: Now, browse the destination location to save the output file then click on the Export button.

Step 51 –: Now, you can see the PST repair tool starts the export process.

Step 52 –: Export process completed.

Step 53 –: To save the export report you need to click on Save button

Step 54 –: Now you have to visit on destination location to view repaired PST file data.

Step 55 –: Select EML option to save PST data in EML file format.

Step 56 –: Click on Adv.. settings option.

Step 57 –: In Advanced Settings panel, you can find multiple options - Naming convention, Date filter options. Select options then click on the Save button

Step 58 –: Now browse destination location to save the Output file, then click on the Export button

Step 59 –: Now you can see the tool starts the export process.

Step 60 –: Process completed.

Step 61 –: After completing the process you can save the export report by clicking on the Save button.

Step 62 –: Visit on destination location to view output data.

Step 63 –: Select HTML option to save output data in HTML file.

Step 64 –: Click on Adv Settings to customize the output file.

Step 65 –: Tool provides Naming convention, Date Filter Option, Categories options in Advanced Settings.
Select an option according to the requirement & then click on Save button.

Step 66 –: After that browse destination location to save the output file. Then click on Export.

Step 67 –: Export process starts.

Step 68 –: Process completed. Click on OK

Step 69 –: To dave export report click on the Save button.

Step 70 –: Visit on destination location to view recover PST file data.

Step 71 –: To save data in Office 365 select Office 365.

Step 72 –: Click Adv... Settings.

Step 73 –: In Advanced Settings tool provides 2 options

1. Office 365 Settings
2. General Settings

Step 74 –: Check User Impersonation option and enter the ID & password

Step 75 –: General Setting – Tool provides 2 option 1 – Date Based Filter option, 2 – Categories.
Select the option accordingly & click on the Save button.

Step 76 –: You can see tool provides two export option 1 – Enter Destination Mailbox 2 – Provides destination Office 365 Account from CSV.
1 - Enter Destination Mailbox – you have to enter mailbox location. Click on Next button, then enter destination mailbox ID

Step 77 –: 2 - Provide destination Office 365 Account from CSV - you have to import user mailbox by CSV file. Click on Auto Generate CSV.

Step 78 –: Now, Enter file name to save CSV in local machine.

Step 79 –: Now, Open, edit CSV file to add user mailbox & password.

Step 80 –: Browse the CSV file, in which you have mentioned user mailbox. Click on the Next button.

Step 80 –: Now, Software starts importing data.

Step 80 –: Software provides save report option, after completing the import process you can save the export report. Click on Save button.

Step 80 –: To view data of PST file you have to login into Office 365 user account.
